About Project
The Maxi Palí El Dorado project involved the architectural design of a retail store located on Pista El Dorado, one of Managua’s main thoroughfares.
With a total construction area of 1,850 square meters, the project was designed to meet the high international standards required by Walmart Mexico and Central America, ensuring functionality, operational efficiency, and compliance with the brand’s corporate guidelines.
Design Features
The project design included relevant architectural and structural elements, including:
Efficient distribution of commercial areas
Spacious areas for customer traffic
Optimized areas for display and storage
Adequate infrastructure for logistics operations
Integration of a structural bridge with a span of 15 meters, designed to guarantee functionality and continuity in the project
