About Project
The Maxi Palí Ciudad Sandino project consisted of the development of the architectural design of a commercial branch located at the intersection of Carretera Nueva a León with Carretera a Xiloá, a strategic point of high traffic in the municipality of Ciudad Sandino.
With a store area of 1,850 square meters, the design was developed following the international standards of Walmart Mexico and Central America, guaranteeing functionality, operational efficiency and a suitable experience for customers.

Parking with capacity for 60 vehicles
Maneuvering and logistics area for merchandise supply
Efficient layout for customer flow
Infrastructure adapted for high-volume commercial operations
The architectural proposal prioritized accessibility, functionality, and efficiency in the store’s operational processes.
Project Impact
The Maxi Palí Ciudad Sandino branch strengthened the municipality’s commercial infrastructure, offering a modern and functional space that facilitates access to consumer products for the population and contributes to the economic development of the area.
