About Project
The La Bella Becina Cigar Factory project represents the development of a modern industrial infrastructure in the city of Estelí, internationally recognized for its tradition in the production of premium cigars.
With a total area of 12,000 square meters, the architectural design was conceived to integrate operational functionality, efficiency in production processes and a solid corporate image that reflects the identity and international projection of the company Conamérica.
Design Approach
The project was developed under strategic criteria that prioritize:
Efficient distribution of production areas
Optimization of workflows and internal logistics
Spacious areas with adequate natural lighting and ventilation
Compliance with industrial and safety regulations
Projection for future growth
The design includes specific areas for manufacturing, storage, administrative offices, loading and unloading zones, as well as support spaces for personnel.
Project Impact
This development strengthens Estelí’s industrial infrastructure, consolidating its position as one of Nicaragua’s main cigar production centers and generating new employment opportunities and economic growth in the region.
