About Project
The Caribbean Blue Processing Plant project consisted of the development of an industrial infrastructure for processing blue crab for export, located at Km 36 on the New Highway to León.
The plant has a total construction area of 1,600 square meters, designed to meet the international standards required in the food industry, especially for canning processes destined for the export market.
