About Project
The Villas Lindoras Urbanization project consisted of the urban design development for the first phase of this residential complex located at Km 13 on the Masaya Highway, an area experiencing constant residential growth.
This first phase of the project includes 75 homes, for which the comprehensive urban infrastructure plan necessary to guarantee functionality, efficiency, and quality in the development of the residential complex was developed.
Scope of service
RS Architects participated in the design of the fundamental elements of the urbanization, including:
Terrace design for homes
Design of drinking water networks
Design of wastewater networks (sanitary sewerage)
Electrical system design of the project
It is important to note that the design of the model home was not part of the scope of the project developed by our team.
Project Impact
The planning of this first stage allowed the foundations to be established for an organized and functional residential development, contributing to the urban growth of the area and offering adequate infrastructure for future housing within the project.
